Everything has always been great until I got a bad one. Th refund process is kind of impossible and I got approved to return the item but no instructions or help on how to do so. I still have it. I'm probably just going to call it a loss and throw it away. I wish the customer service was a little better.

However, often times they’re faulty. This vape made me quit smoking cigarettes which I didn’t anticipate or even try to. Recently I ordered 10 and out of those 10, 3 were faulty. Been trying to get ahold of the company for days and nobody’s responded which is actually unlike them. Usually they’re response time is pretty immediate.
