Always comes quickly, exactly as advertised and so much cheaper than buying anywhere else. This is my third month getting them and I’ll continue to.

The price is the best around and I’ve done a lot of price comparison shopping. Quality is excellent. Typically shipping is quite fast. I had one shipping issue on my first order. This was a USPS problem not an alternativepods problem. In order to compensate me for my “troubles” customer service offered me a code for a lifetime discount. Nice, right? Yeah if it worked. The discount code has NEVER worked on subsequent orders. Furthermore, customer service has NEVER addressed my question: ‘why doesn’t the coupon code work?’ I’ve asked multiple times and received no reply to any of my queries. So I’ve got to knock off a point for a complete lack of customer service.

Didn’t think I’d ever find my menthol again. Amazing prices & very fast shipping! My new go to for sure. Thank you alternative pods !!!

These are $10 cheaper per pack then I normally paid for individual (4 packs) in stores! Came within a week of ordering and exactly as described. Definitely my new go to for purchasing!

First, Alternativepods provides the best customer service and quick delivery. I was vaping the 5% Virginia for months, and decided to reduce the nicotine to the 3%, as I felt the 5% were to strong tasting. I'm glad to have switched, its been about a month, and I am enjoying the milder taste...and quite to my surprise, I've not been vaping more, perhaps, even a bit less.
